"Ty came out to our home in the middle of winter when our thermostat failed. It was REALLY cold but he came within 2 hours. His price was very competitive and he did a great job! He also gave us some great advice as to where to keep the thermostat set so we could keep our heating bills down.We were very happy with Prompt and they will be the ones in the future for our heating/AC needs. Ty also gave us some good advice about our vents and we plan to call him later on this year. This is an excellent service!!!"
