"Ty was a pleasure to hire for the installation of my new AC unit. I chose Prompt, because Ty explained to me why my old unit was not working, what he can do to improve my system and gave me a reasonable price. Not and estimate where the price was going to go up due to unforeseen hick ups. I called the large co, and they sent out a sales rep. It really seemed like he was trying to upsell me on their products and hope I would sit down with him to go over options. Man I hate that! I also looked into weekend installers (a friend of a friend that could do it for half the price) sure their price was about $500 less, but it did not come with any guarantees and it was for a lesser unit. Knowing I can trust Ty, and he will stand by his work and products he uses... there was only one easy choice. Prompt Service Heating & AC!! Thanks again Ty"
